Our warp uni-directional fabrics are non-woven and are bonded with 90
̊ EVA hot melt coated polyester. In another construction, uni-directional yarns
are bonded to or between thin films of polyethylene, polypropylene, aluminum,
Mylar or any other film and weight of choice. Fabric weights of
less than an ounce/yd˛ to very heavy can be produced using any weavable and even
non-weavable yarns. These uni-fabrics are very stable and can be cross-plied 90
̊ to one another or other angles as preferred.
